Funky local heroes. HIRED HELP BAND was a formation of Frankfurt and surrounding area based German and American musicians. They played beginning of the 80s very successfully all over the Rhein-Main-Gebiet and way beyond. Recognizable by their solid horn section. This album was their debut, recorded at Cream Studio Frankfurt and proudly released at the own label called HHB Productions. But only a few years later, the band disbanded again, as some of the musicians, who were members of the U.S. Army, had to go back to the United States.
