Belgian 12″ vinyl of the new beat project FOOLISH MIND. Serge Ramaekers and Dominic Sas, the guys who later became THE MAXX. On this release they are supported by the stunning voice of singer Ellice.
The maxi single contains three great cover versions of the Italo-Disco classic SELF CONTROL originally by RAF. Besides the strong vocal version, there is an instrumental and this insane vocoder NEW BEAT VERSION that even goes one step further without overdoing it, making it an absolute favourite. All presented in the cool Belgian new beat with 110 BPM and all clearly better than the original or the rocked version of the American singer Laura Branigan. Highly recommended and very usable.
