Great album by the Greek singer and performer Artemios “Demis” Ventouris-Roussos. Another collaboration between Demis Roussos and Vangelis. Almost all tracks were arranged and produced by Greek electronic music pioneer Vangelis Papathanassiou. The version of I DIG YOU is certainly the highlight of the album. Dope 115 BPM disco sweeper with a strong taste of Greek sunshine.
The fold-out image on the inside of the gatefold cover shows a painting that looks like a kitschy visual cover version or a fresco by Michelangelo, The Creation of Adam. Demis Roussos painted as godfather in the creation of the world’s best-selling album. Very impressive in a strange way.
