Super rare and unknown African 90’s Underground Dance Music. German Contribution to the Ethno-Techno movement. A great mixture between traditional African vocals and 90’s electronic House Music. Released 1997 on the Frankfurt-based label Popular African Music. The label was straight focused on African artists from all African countries. This 12″ features DJOULOU NOUMA, a tune taken from the album GARÉ GARÉ (sadly only released as CD these times) by African singer Sona Diabaté. This 12″ contains two Remixes to bring this African Music back to a dancing audience where it originally came from.
